No line or wait to order at the Stonestown mall food court on a Wednesday evening, and my sandwich was ready in just 5 minutes, the sole employee providing standard but sufficient service and grilling the toppings right in front of me then quickly putting it together. My pastrami philly was made to order with my requested customization, the bread lightly toasted but still soft enough to bite into comfortably, the salty and savory flavor of the meat combined with grilled onions and melted cheese consistent with what I expect from the Great Steak, reliable quality which I appreciate. The sandwich may look small and flimsy, but it's actually a tasty concoction that holds together well, and the regular size is satisfying and filling enough for me, so I have no complaints.
